• Attendance is subject to approval and confirmation by the event Saint & Citizen

• Invitations are personal and non-transferable unless expressly authorised in writing

1. Registration Information

   • All information provided during registration must be complete and accurate

   • Saint & Citizen reserves the right to refuse or revoke registration where inaccurate or misleading information has been submitted

2. Event Capacity

   • Seats are limited and will be allocated at the Saint & Citizen’s discretion

   • The organiser reserves the right to operate a waiting list and to prioritise attendees based on event criteria

3. Confirmation of Attendance

   • Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email containing event details

   • Attendance is only confirmed once a confirmation email has been issued

4. Changes and Cancellation

   • Saint & Citizen reserves the right to amend the event programme, venue, speakers, timings, or format without prior notice

   • Saint & Citizen may cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event at any time and will endeavour to notify registered attendees promptly

5. Code of Conduct

   • Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times

   • Saint & Citizen reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe

6. Photography & Recording

   • Photography, filming, and audio recording may take place during the event

   • By attending, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice in promotional, marketing, and post-event materials unless you notify Saint & Citizen in writing before the event

7. Data Protection

   • Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event administration, communications, and related purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Saint & Citizen’s privacy policy

   • Your details will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for the delivery of the event or as required by law

8. Liability

   • Saint & Citizen shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from attendance at the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law

   • Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings during the event

   • Attendees are responsible for any travel and accommodation requirements, unless otherwise stated
